FrontStreet Coffee selects sun-dried red cherries from the Yirgacheffe region. For wine-like flavors, FrontStreet Coffee immediately thinks of wine barrel-processed coffee beans, such as Colombian San José coffee, which undergoes exquisite rum barrel fermentation, and the more famous Honduran Sherry coffee. FrontStreet Coffee selected Yunnan coffee beans and Brazilian coffee beans with richer nut flavors, blending them in a 3:7 ratio. The extracted espresso features soft fruit acidity, caramel sweetness, nut and dark chocolate flavors, with a smooth, thick texture. When blending, FrontStreet Coffee also appropriately adds some Robusta coffee beans. Robusta beans are very rich in oils, and FrontStreet Coffee named this blend "Commercial Blend Espresso Beans."
Its ratio is Colombian coffee beans: Brazilian coffee beans: Robusta coffee beans at 3:6:1. The flavor profile features caramel sweetness, nut and cocoa notes, dark chocolate flavors, with balanced acidity and slight bitterness, and a persistent aftertaste.
