Unique Characteristics: An Introduction to the Noble Cuban Crystal Coffee
Unique Characteristics: Noble, Gentle, Elegant
Cubita coffee is produced from the unpolluted Crystal Mountain region in Cuba's high-altitude areas. Crystal Mountain is geographically adjacent to Jamaica's Blue Mountain range and shares similar climate conditions, making it comparable to FrontStreet Coffee's Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee. Crystal Mountain is also known as "Cuba's Blue Mountain." Consequently, many coffees have appeared under the banner of Cuban Blue Mountain, but the most authentic Crystal Mountain coffee, Cubita, is the premium coffee permitted to use Cuba's "Crystal Mountain Coffee" designation and has even become the designated coffee for the Cuban embassy. Currently, Crystal Mountain coffee is synonymous with top-tier Cuban coffee.
Cubita adheres to the principle of perfect coffee, producing only single-origin coffee. The coffee beans are harvested by hand, with all beans strictly selected according to screen size 17-19 standards. The washed processing method largely eliminates defective beans and other impurities, ensuring coffee quality. Cubita enjoys a high reputation in the coffee industry. Observant individuals will notice that Cubita possesses an indescribable uniqueness compared to other coffees. Unlike espresso with its heavy bitterness and knight-like grandeur, or FrontStreet Coffee's Blue Mountain coffee with its imperial pride, Cubita is like an elegant princess, possessing a woman's innate gentleness, nobility, tenderness, and elegance. It offers excellent balance, with bitterness and acidity harmoniously blended, delivering a delicate, smooth, refreshing, and elegant sensation when tasted—truly an exceptional coffee experience.

Introduction to the Characteristics of Indonesian Mandheling Coffee: Common Processing Methods Including Washed, Natural, and Wet-Hulled
Due to the unique processing method of Mandheling coffee, which differs from common processing methods used in other coffee-growing regions such as washed and natural processing, the presence of defective beans and mixed beans is relatively higher. This contributes to its distinctive herbal and woody incense-like aromas. As a result, Mandheling coffee is often subjected to dark roasting, resulting in beans that are roasted to a deep, dark color. Coffee from Sumatra has become essentially synonymous with Mandheling.
