And, the recently popular star product derived from iced latte—Dirty (Dirty Coffee) preparation method. Let's dive into today's sharing session~
How to Make Iced Latte:
Step 1: Take out a glass with a capacity of about 300ml.

Step 2: Add 80g of ice and pour in 170ml of milk.

Step 3: Grind 20g of coffee beans and extract a 38ml espresso shot. (Adjust these measurements according to your current equipment and the condition of your coffee beans on the day~)

Step 4: Pour the espresso into the glass containing ice and milk.

Step 5: Stir well and enjoy your drink!!

How to Make Dirty (Dirty Coffee):
Preparation before making: Place the glass you'll be using in the freezer to ensure it's thoroughly chilled; Since Dirty emphasizes hot and cold layering, you need to perform the following steps continuously to achieve the best effect!

Step 1: Prepare a glass that has been pre-frozen in the refrigerator.

Step 2: Pour in 180ml of iced milk.

Step 3: Grind a portion of coffee grounds and fill the portafilter, tamping it firmly for later use.


Step 4: While extracting the espresso, position the glass under the group head so the espresso can float completely on top of the iced milk!

Step 5: You can enjoy it as soon as the espresso extraction is complete! (Taking slightly larger sips will help you better experience the layers of Dirty!)
