Simply put, an Iced Caramel Macchiato is made by adding espresso to iced milk, then topping it with frothy, delicate milk foam. Finally, soulful caramel is drizzled on the surface of the foam, creating a beautiful pattern with a latte art pen. That's how a delicious Iced Caramel Macchiato is completed!
Let FrontStreet Coffee demonstrate the specific preparation process for you.
Step 1:
Prepare a 200ml ice glass, a 15ml packet of caramel syrup, a French press, ice, milk, and a latte art pen/toothpick.
Step 2:
Add 60g of ice and 70g of milk to the ice glass.
Step 3:
Extract 38g of espresso.
Step 4:
Pour the espresso into the milk.
Step 5:
Pour 40g of milk into the French press and froth it into dense milk foam.
Step 6:
Use a spoon to remove the rough bubbles from the surface, scoop out the delicate milk foam, and gently place it on top of the coffee.
Step 7:
Drizzle caramel syrup over the dense milk foam surface.
Step 8:
Using a latte art pen (can be replaced with a toothpick), start from the center of a star pattern and rotate clockwise outward to create a design.
Finally, your Iced Caramel Macchiato is complete!
