Since Honduras has both lowlands and mountainous terrain, the coffee it produces is graded according to altitude. This is the same as Colombian coffee and Guatemalan coffee.

  • Strictly High Grown: Altitude above 4,400 feet
  • High Grown: Altitude 3,900-4,400 feet
  • Central Standard: Altitude below 3,900 feet
