The Origins of Drip Coffee

Drip coffee has a connection to Japan. In 1990, Japan's Yamanaka Industry Co., Ltd. applied the concept of tea bags to coffee, inventing drip coffee and applying for a patent. However, the drip coffee bag designed by Yamanaka Industry couldn't support the weight of brewing coffee and easily lost balance during the brewing process, so it wasn't successfully commercialized. It wasn't until 1998 that Taiki Shoji improved upon the original invention, extending the hanging part outward, which led to the drip coffee we have today. It has become a popular modern way of enjoying coffee.

What Makes Premium Drip Coffee

As a premium drip coffee, several conditions must be met:

100% Imported Single-Origin Coffee Beans

Drip coffee is specialty coffee, so it must be made with specialty coffee beans. We source excellent Arabica coffee beans from top global origins, ensuring 100% imported quality with manual selection to guarantee the beans' excellence.

Professional Roasters Interpreting the Best Coffee Flavors

Industry-experienced roasters with years of rich experience and professional coffee knowledge select the most appropriate roast levels, control every detail of the roasting process, and interpret the best coffee flavors.

Production Lines Ensure First-Class Grinding

Manually ground coffee powder often varies in coarseness and fineness, with inconsistent quality, making it difficult to maintain uniform quality. Large grinding machines ensure both quality and quantity while accurately controlling the grind size, making the brewed aroma even more captivating.

Non-Nitrogen Preservation Technology Locks in Coffee's Original Aroma

We use environmentally friendly kraft paper or thick aluminum foil, along with food-grade filter paper bags. The bags are not filled with nitrogen (nitrogen preservation has been banned abroad), maximizing the preservation of the coffee powder's freshness. This ensures that every package that reaches your hands maintains the original aroma from its origin. Without leaving your home and in less than 60 seconds, you can enjoy freshly ground good coffee.
