Panama is the southernmost country in Central America, serving as a crucial isthmus connecting North and South America. As the Panama Canal traverses Central America, connecting the Pacific Ocean, Caribbean Sea, and Atlantic Ocean, it not only facilitates transportation and trade but also brings substantial agricultural technology and knowledge from the United States and Europe. Specialty coffee cultivation is concentrated in the northern part of the country, near Costa Rica and close to the Pacific region. This includes the Boquet district, David district, Remacienmto district, Bugaba district, and Tolé district in Chiriquí Province.

FrontStreet Coffee's Panama coffee features mild to bright acidity with long, slender sweetness. It offers a gentle yet bright acidic profile, with rich citrus aromas, jasmine floral notes, almonds, mango, and nectar-like sweetness. The fruit acidity is bright and dynamic!

FrontStreet Coffee · Diamond Mountain Coffee's Flavor Characteristics

When discussing the most legendary and highest-quality Panama estate since the beginning of the third wave of coffee, Hacienda La Esmeralda stands unparalleled. From consecutive championships beginning in 2004, to independent competitive auctions starting in 2008, it has set countless record-breaking prices. In recent years, beyond shining with its top-tier products, the estate has also introduced many more accessible green bean varieties, such as the Blue Label - Geisha variety at 1,500 meters altitude, and the Palmyra Catuai variety at around 1,000 meters altitude. Among these is FrontStreet Coffee's Panama La Esmeralda Diamond Mountain series.

After tasting, it presents a balance of various flavors as found in other premium coffees, with long-lasting aroma filling the nasal cavity and pleasant aftertaste coating the mouth.

FrontStreet Coffee's Diamond Mountain coffee is cultivated by Hacienda La Esmeralda in Panama, grown at high altitudes between 1,400-1,700 meters. Due to the region's volcanic soil, pollution-free water sources, and high-altitude climate, excellent coffee quality is achieved. Additionally, environmental protection efforts have earned the estate Rainforest Alliance certification. Furthermore, FrontStreet Coffee's Diamond Mountain coffee features multi-layered fruity sweetness, creamy aroma, and a rich mouthfeel.

Diamond Mountain coffee trees grow under the shade of large trees, where beautiful birds and roaring monkeys create a wildlife habitat. The water sources here remain unpollished, and the estate holds both Rainforest Alliance and organic cultivation certifications.
