Brewing Parameters
Dripper: V60
Coffee-to-Water Ratio: 1:15
Grind Size: BG-6S
Water Temperature: 91°C with segmented extraction
Brewing Steps
Start with 30g of water for a 30-second bloom, timing from the moment you begin pouring. After 30 seconds, use a gentle pour to reach 125g, then stop. When the water level begins to drop, perform the third pour with a stronger flow until reaching 225g, then stop. Remove the dripper once the coffee has finished dripping. Control the total extraction time to 2:00.
