Indeed, Butterfly contains 40% Geisha, with the remaining composition being Caturra and Catuai, meaning that Butterfly is not a single coffee variety but a blend of three beans! All three varieties are grown in the Baru Volcano region above 1,600 meters altitude in Boquete, Panama, where the unique microclimate environment and the fertile soil brought by volcanic ash contribute to their distinctive coffee quality.
