What is Blue Mountain coffee? It can be said to be the coffee with the most sense of superiority in the coffee world. Due to its limited production, it is valued for its rarity and is extremely expensive in price. The Blue Mountains are located in the eastern part of Jamaica. Because they are close to the Caribbean Sea and surrounded by it, whenever the local weather is clear, the sun shines directly on the azure sea surface, reflecting the brilliant blue light of the seawater, hence the name Blue Mountain. The highest peak of Blue Mountain is 2256 meters above sea level, making it the highest peak in the Caribbean region and also a world-renowned tourist destination.

Because this area is located in the coffee belt, it not only has fertile volcanic soil but also fresh air, humid and mild climate, with fog and rain throughout the year. It is precisely such a unique climate that creates the world-renowned Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee, while also creating the second most expensive coffee in the world.

Blue Mountain coffee can be said to have almost all the characteristics of good coffee. Not only is its taste rich and mellow, but the sweetness, acidity, and bitterness of Blue Mountain coffee are also perfectly blended, so it has no bitterness at all, only moderate and perfect acidity, which makes people yearn for it. Blue Mountain coffee belongs to single-origin coffee, but due to its extremely limited production, the price is incredibly expensive.

Jamaica produces three grades of coffee: Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee, Jamaica High Mountain Coffee, and Jamaica Coffee. Blue Mountain Coffee and High Mountain Coffee are each divided into four grades. From highest to lowest quality, they are: NO.1, NO.2, NO.3, and PB. PB refers to peaberries, which are single coffee seeds from individual coffee cherries. According to the standards set by Jamaica's CIB, only coffee grown at altitudes above 666 meters can be called genuine Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee; coffee produced in the Blue Mountain region below 666 meters is called High Mountain Coffee; and coffee grown in areas outside the Blue Mountains is called Jamaica Coffee.

In short: Everything is just for sharing and dissemination
