"The first impression of this bean is its fruit-like sweetness! The quality of the bean itself is very high! Bright lemon acidity with orange-like flavors, because there's enough sweetness to support it, it doesn't feel uncomfortably sour at all. Instead, it feels very juicy with a smooth mouthfeel! A bean that's very pleasant to drink from hot to cold, with great balance! Most importantly! A competition-grade, Central American, natural processed Geisha.
This year, Saint's Manor ranked 25th in Costa Rica's COE, awarded by ACE. In 2018, they ranked 18th, in 2017 they ranked 19th, and in 2016 they ranked 2nd.
