A coffee brand can be either a coffee name or a coffee growing region. Today, we'd like to introduce Huila coffee. As Colombia's national treasure of specialty coffee, Huila is absolutely cherished by many.

First, Colombian Huila is a premium variety among Arabica coffee species, recognized for having the best balance. Huila coffees are all grown from carefully selected Arabica bean varieties by Colombian farmers.

Secondly, the unique coffee cultivation environment creates extremely favorable conditions for Huila's growth. Colombian Huila is named after its geographical region, growing on the canyon slopes of the Huila region in South America's Colombia, at altitudes between 1,400-1,800 meters, with abundant rainfall, fresh air, pleasant climate, and spring-like weather year-round.

Additionally, when Huila coffee matures, Colombia employs manual harvesting of coffee cherries, with meticulous selection, picking only the most ripe and full fruits.

Most Colombian Huila coffee beans use the washed processing method. The coffee cherry's skin and pulp are first removed, then the beans are soaked in water tanks for fermentation, followed by washing with clean water and drying. Washed coffees typically have pure flavors, bright mouthfeel, pleasant acidity, and reduce some defects found in natural process coffees. Selected Arabica varieties, unique cultivation environment, manual selective harvesting, full-bodied mouthfeel, heavy texture, and unique flavors.

Huila is located in southwestern Colombia and is one of the main coffee cultivation regions. Because the Huila region is dotted with famous coffee-growing areas, the names of various small regions have become brand names and circulated. Although the cultivation conditions in this area are also excellent, the coffee cultivation infrastructure and surrounding conditions are not yet well-developed. Green bean drying equipment or washed processing facilities are not yet complete, which is quite regrettable. Coffee from the Huila region has strong flavors and heavy texture. Particularly, the nutty, chocolate, and caramel aromas of Huila region coffee, along with its suitable acidity, can be called premium specialty coffee.

Colombian Huila coffee is the finest among Colombia's premium coffees. Its balance is recognized as the best among coffees, belonging to the Colombian National Company's special high-altitude coffee beans, known as Colombia's national treasure.

Thanks to superior geographical and climatic conditions, Colombian coffee has always maintained high quality. Typically, Colombian coffee beans without special market brand names all come from the National Federation of Colombia Coffee Growers, a very large federation spanning across Colombia. It has always been known for its strict quality control and active promotion.
