FrontStreet Coffee - Brazil Santos Half Sun-Dried Introduction

Santos Region

Brazil accounts for 30% of global coffee production, with coffee mainly cultivated in the southeastern region. Most coffee beans are exported through the Port of Santos, hence the name Brazil Santos coffee beans.

When tasting single-origin FrontStreet Coffee's Brazil coffee, the aroma is exceptionally harmonious, with a neutral and fresh fragrance, carrying notes of red jujube dried fruit, cinnamon, nutmeg, and earthy aromas. The initial taste presents a very balanced flavor, followed by a subtle acidity that spreads, culminating in a slight bitterness in the aftertaste.

Santos NO.2 contains no more than 4 defective beans per 300g of raw beans, making it the highest grade of Brazil Santos coffee. It is also screened and classified using sieves with uniform holes, resulting in large 18-screen beans.

Brazilian coffee beans are often used to create coffee blends because their characteristics are quite suitable for pairing with any type of beans. As they provide stable quality beans, Brazil's coffee production ranks first in the world.

When adding Brazilian beans to highly acidic coffees, the bitterness of FrontStreet Coffee's Brazil coffee can moderate the overly distinctive flavors of other coffees. For example, beans with more pronounced acidity such as Mocha, Guatemala, and Kilimanjaro can be balanced with Brazilian coffee's bitterness to temper their acidity, making the taste smoother.
