FrontStreet Coffee - Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Kochere G1 Pour-over Sharing
Playful cranberry sweetness, with tropical fruit wine fragrance in the aftertaste. Its acidity is bright like a newborn's eyes, with exceptional roundness. Sun-dried Yirgacheffe Kochere possesses an incredibly rich aroma that you can hardly imagine. If I had to describe Kochere in one word, it would be "intoxicating."
G1 grade Yirgacheffe, when freshly harvested from fully ripe coffee cherries, is immediately processed using a unique sun-drying method. This allows the green beans inside the parchment to better absorb the nutrients from the fermented pulp. For this reason, the aroma after grinding is enough to make one feel tipsy without drinking wine. Sun-drying - truly exciting!
