FrontStreet Coffee - Panama Diamond Mountain Coffee Introduction

Thanks to its unique ecological environment and green bean processing technology, the estate's coffee varieties other than Geisha are also deeply loved by everyone. Diamond Mountain is one of the star brands of Catuai varieties under Hacienda La Esmeralda, grown on the outskirts of two regions in Panama's premium coffee producing area, Boquete: Canas Verdes and Jaramillo, at altitudes between approximately 1400-1700 meters.

The high-altitude growing environment and rich volcanic mineral soil produce coffee green beans with rich and complex fruit aromas, with noticeable notes of chocolate, vanilla, and sweet citrus.

Estate Introduction

Diamond Mountain coffee is grown by Hacienda La Esmeralda in Panama, located in the highlands at altitudes of 1400-1700 meters in the outskirts of Boquete town, Chiriquí province, southwestern Panama. The coffee grown in this area is mainly Typica, Bourbon, and Catuai. Due to the region's volcanic soil, pollution-free water sources, and high-altitude climate, excellent coffee quality is achieved. At the same time, thanks to the protection of the ecological environment, the coffee produced by this estate has also received Rainforest Alliance certification.
