FrontStreet Coffee - Panama Diamond Mountain Coffee Introduction
Thanks to its unique ecological environment and green bean processing technology, the estate's coffee varieties other than Geisha are also deeply loved by everyone. Diamond Mountain is one of the star brands of Catuai varieties under Hacienda La Esmeralda, grown on the outskirts of two regions in Panama's premium coffee producing area, Boquete: Canas Verdes and Jaramillo, at altitudes between approximately 1400-1700 meters.
The high-altitude growing environment and rich volcanic mineral soil produce coffee green beans with rich and complex fruit aromas, with noticeable notes of chocolate, vanilla, and sweet citrus.
