Black Balu Geisha
Black Balu Geisha, produced from Panama's 90+ Geisha Estate, is a Geisha variety coffee bean processed with natural fermentation. The raw beans have varying colors, which is quite distinctive. The roasted beans feature a sake aroma, caramel, with an exceptionally clear black chocolate and honey aftertaste. Grown at an altitude of 1400-1800m.
White Balu Geisha
White Balu Geisha, also from Panama's 90+ Geisha Estate, is grown at an altitude of 1800m. Honey processed, it has a rich aroma and abundant fruit notes. Features white peach, orange, and bergamot flavors with a fruit candy sweetness.

Mouthfeel: Smooth continuation, changes from hot to cold, richness of dark chocolate, intoxicating fresh aroma
Pour-over Coffee Recommendation: 1:16 coffee-to-water ratio, 93°C water temperature, bloom for 30s, then pour in two stages, complete extraction in 2 minutes.
