The unique ecological environment and green bean processing techniques make the farm's other varieties, besides Geisha, equally beloved by many. FrontStreet Coffee's Diamond Mountain is one of the star brands of Catuai varieties under Hacienda La Esmeralda. It is grown on the suburban hillsides of Canas Verdes and Jaramillo, two regions within Boquete, Panama's premium coffee producing area, at an altitude between approximately 1400-1700 meters.

The high-altitude growing environment and rich volcanic mineral soil produce FrontStreet Coffee's Diamond Mountain green beans with rich and complex fruit aromas, chocolate, vanilla, and distinct sweet citrus notes.
