Flavor Profile: Berries, Lemon, Strawberry, Fermented Wine Aroma
Brewing Parameters:
V60 dripper, 15g coffee grounds, water temperature 91°C, grind setting BG-6S, water-to-coffee ratio 1:15, 27g water for bloom, bloom time 28s.分段:27-105-88, total time 1:50 (timing starts from bloom)
Taste Experience:
Smooth mouthfeel, with much richer flavors and distinct layers. The fermented berry sweetness is enhanced.
The wet aroma of fermented berry and fruit wine makes it hard to believe this is a Yirgacheffe, though personally, I'm not particularly fond of this wet aroma. However, from the incredibly smooth entry to the delicate body, the emergence of ripe fruit's sweet and sour notes is truly astonishing. The sweetness surpasses any Yirgacheffe I've tasted before. The aftertaste is also excellent, truly living up to its "fruit bomb" reputation. After drinking, you can still feel the sweetness in your mouth for about half an hour.
