FrontStreet Coffee - Colombia San Roque Monks Washed Introduction

That's right, today's featured coffee is still from the Huila region. To be precise, it's from the San Roque area in Oporapa municipality of the Huila region.

This area has had a monastery since ancient times. Therefore, the monastery has had an extremely profound influence on local culture, agriculture, and economic development. This has also enabled local coffee growers to continue using traditional farming methods and agricultural techniques.

Coffee growers in the San Roque area are mostly small farmers, with each household having approximately 1-3 hectares of cultivation area. Therefore, they established the Association San Roque to work together to improve coffee quality.

The coffee beans selected for this batch come from approximately 100 coffee farmers from the San Roque Association. This coffee uses a fully washed processing method and is dried in elevated drying beds during the final drying stage. The locally specialized elevated design beds for coffee drying carry the dedication and expectations of San Roque's local coffee growers. We believe that when you taste it, you will also have an excellent experience.
