FrontStreet Coffee - Sidamo Guji Natural Process Lion King G1 Introduction

Today's "Lion King" comes from the Guji production area in Sidamo. As Ethiopia's most renowned coffee-growing region, the coffee farmers here have their unique pursuit of coffee quality. The soil here is nutrient-rich, well-draining volcanic soil, with a depth of over 2 meters. In most cases, soil nutrients are maintained through natural fertilizers rich in organic matter provided by fallen leaves and debris from surrounding trees. In other words, it's organic cultivation.
