Introduction to FrontStreet Coffee's Sidamo Horseman Coffee

Life inevitably has its challenging moments. Occasionally taking a break at a coffee shop, ordering a single-origin coffee with distinctive flavor, and savoring its unique taste is like appreciating our unique lives. Your mood is enveloped in warm aroma. Immersed in it, you forget your worries.

Today's introduced natural processed Horseman coffee comes from Ethiopia. It has a rich, wine-like aroma with complex notes of chocolate, hazelnut, and spices. Once tasted, you'll never forget it. The Horseman processing station is located in a village at an altitude of 2200 meters. Its unique growing environment and natural climate create the distinctive flavor of Horseman coffee. Especially the natural processed Horseman, whose aroma is even more unique and rich.

The Horseman station uses micro-batch natural processing. The fresh cherries are harvested when their sugar content reaches as high as 30 degrees. Afterwards, they precisely control the fermentation time to ensure the moisture content of the red cherries, allowing fructose to fully ferment and react, resulting in remarkably high sweetness. The dry aroma has a vanilla ice cream feel with ripe apricot fruit notes. The wet aroma offers a gentle, warm honey sweetness with passionfruit notes. The aftertaste is chocolate almond.

In 2017, Ethiopia's DW coffee green bean company sent their coffee beans to the competition TOH (The Taste of Harvest) hosted by the African Fine Coffee Association. Their natural processed batch won first place in the TOH Ethiopia green bean competition. This batch of green beans, as a champion, was named "Horseman."
