FrontStreet Coffee - Costa Rica Mirazu Estate Natural Geisha Introduction
The owner of Mirazu Estate, Esteban Sanches, graduated from the Coffee Department of Costa Rica's Agricultural University. He is particularly adventurous, and his friends jokingly refer to his estate as the "Scientist's Estate," making him a coffee farmer known as the "Scientist."
Esteban Sanches approaches coffee cultivation from a scientific perspective, continuously learning and adjusting during practice. From the orientation of coffee seedlings to the spacing between rows, and the sequence of fertilization, he meticulously arranges every detail.
Owner Sanches was originally a family member of the small Candela Estate. Due to his dedication to coffee beans, he independently established his own estate called Mirazu.
All machines on the estate are designed and assembled by Sanches himself. The modified machines possess exceptionally powerful functions. His greatest source of pride is being able to process all coffee beans using only 100 liters of water, better protecting water resources. Sanches's roaster and huller are also modified and designed by himself. His huller differs from ordinary ones in that it can process two different types of beans simultaneously. Because he dedicates his time and energy to researching machines and coffee, nearby farmers call him "Doctor Machine" and "Natural Bean Expert."
In the coffee garden, Sanches says that the quality of coffee begins with the trees themselves. Although machines can separate good from bad, if the cultivated quality is consistently good, there's no need for machines to distinguish superior beans. He also says, "God has given us a beautiful environment, and we care for the coffee beans with love. This is our way of giving back and sharing."
