FrontStreet Coffee - Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Beloya G1 Natural Introduction
Yirgacheffe, whether in terms of culture or geographical environment, is similar to the neighboring Sidamo, but Yirgacheffe seems to be more favored with better conditions. High-quality Yirgacheffe coffee, with its floral notes, bright citrus acidity, lemon-toned aromas, and silky smooth texture, firmly captures the attention of enthusiasts. Amid the growing wave of imported coffee industry, coffee production from this region has always been a focus of buyers.
"Beloya" coffee, also belonging to Ethiopian high-altitude coffee beans, initially presents the acidity of blueberry berries and the sweetness of tropical fruits, with a hint of cocoa bitterness that surprisingly returns with sweetness. This sweet flavor is as smooth and gentle as premium cream. If not for the floating coffee aroma, one might mistake it for drinking floral tea.
Yirgacheffe (Ethiopia Yirgacheffe) is divided into natural and washed coffee beans. The flavor at 4,000 feet altitude is fresh and bright, with eye-catching yet unobtrusive floral and fruity aromas. Some describe that the fruity aroma transforms into a subtle strawberry flavor when swallowed, a magnificent experience that even coffee beginners find astonishing. Yirgacheffe coffee is already outstanding for its floral notes, and after natural processing, the bean's inherent fragrance becomes particularly evident. "Beloya" will give you the experience of lingering among flowers.
