FrontStreet Coffee - Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Gedeb Ardent Natural Introduction

This natural Ardent coffee originates from the Gedeb region in the southern part of the Gedeo zone in southern Ethiopia. It's a renowned and famous producing area. The Gedeo region is rich in layered and unique aromas. Compared to the typical jasmine-like white floral notes of general Ethiopian beans, Gedeb region beans carry a more delicate and elegant pink hibiscus fragrance, and even deep composite vanilla aromas, adding wonderful sensations to both taste and smell.

The Gedeb producing area is situated at an altitude between 1700-2320 meters. Coffee grows in nutrient-dense volcanic soil rich in wild cultivation, and the excellent natural environment brings unique flavors and layered complexity. Around Ardent, there are six villages where coffee growers harvest fully ripe red fruits from the mountains and then send them to processing plants for centralized processing.

The producer of this coffee, Ashanafi Argaw, was once an important technical advisor for NINETY PLUS 90+ company. He now relies on his experience and expertise in Ethiopia to procure and process coffee, allowing more Ethiopian coffees to stand out and enter the international market.
