FrontStreet Coffee - Ethiopia Sidamo Peach Sweetheart G1 Natural Process Introduction
Twakok in Ethiopia's original language is Tafac Kok. Tafac means sweet, and Kok means peach. When cupping, we were amazed by its unique flavor profile and specially named it Twakok, with the Chinese translation being 桃可可 (Peach Cocoa), which aptly describes its sweet, delicate honey peach flavor.
Sidamo is a very important and famous producing region in Ethiopia. The increasingly popular natural processing method over the past decade can be said to have been revived from Sidamo. Its full and smooth body, which differs from the light and bright Yirgacheffe, combined with its native variety flavor diversity, is increasingly favored by coffee enthusiasts.
