Pour-Over Coffee Operation Method and Process:
Step 1:
CHEMEX coffee pot, single-hole filter paper, pour-over kettle, coffee beans, grinder, coffee cup, latte art pitcher.
Step 2:
Install the filter paper and rinse with hot water to remove paper odor and warm the pot.
Step 3:
Adjust the grinder and select the appropriate medium-coarse grind setting based on water temperature and bean characteristics.
Step 4:
Add coffee grounds and gently level them to reduce gaps between particles.
Step 4:
Pour hot water from the center and expand in a circular motion, timing the bloom.
Step 6:
Keep the water stream about 3cm above the coffee grounds, control the flow evenly without incorporating air.
Step 7:
You can either pour all at once or use segmented pouring.
Step 8:
Clean up the filter paper and coffee grounds.
Step 9:
A delicious cup of pour-over coffee is ready.

Medium grind: gravel-like texture, size between coarse sugar and granulated sugar, suitable for drip (paper filter) brewing method.
