Brazilian coffee has a characteristic lower acidity in its flavor profile, combined with the sweet bitterness of coffee, making it extremely smooth to drink. It also carries a faint grassy aroma, with a light fragrance and slight bitterness that is sweet and smooth on the palate, leaving a refreshing and pleasant aftertaste.
Brazil is located in the Western Hemisphere's Latin American region, situated in eastern South America on the west coast of the Atlantic Ocean. Processing Steps
Harvesting. Manual or machine harvesting (same as natural/dry or washed processing).
Sorting. Hand selection or sorting in large water tanks.
Pulp removal.
Sun drying/machine drying until moisture content reaches 12%.
Parchment removal.
Flavor Profile
Combines the viscosity and sweetness of natural processing with the cleanliness and smoothness of washed processing.
