FrontStreet Coffee - 90+ Estate Perci Coffee Introduction
Daily coffee sharing, even without drinking, makes your mouth water. Today FrontStreet Coffee will share with everyone coffee from the American company 90 Plus.
90 Plus is an American company founded by Joseph Brodsky in 2006. Joseph began his journey amidst the buzz created by the emergence of Geisha in Panama in 2003 and 2004. When he didn't find the results he expected in Panama at that time, he had another idea - perhaps among Ethiopia's more than 10,000 coffee varieties, there are still undiscovered varieties with potential.
To ensure quality, 90 Plus adopts a cooperative model with local estates, maintaining complete control from planting, sampling, and harvesting to subsequent processing and cupping. 90 Plus's exclusive Profile Processing ensures that every coffee bean produced has a unique and stable flavor profile and quality. The marketing approach of 90 Plus's coffee, akin to premium fine wines, makes it stand out in the market.
The company has 13 coffee varieties, let's introduce them respectively:
Kemgin, Tchembe, Hachira, Nekisse, Nekisse Red, Nekisse Ruby, Juliette, Lecello, Perci, Perci Red, Perci Ruby, Sililvia Solkiln, Lotus Solkiln
Today FrontStreet Coffee will introduce one of the company's varieties - Perci.
Perci

The processing process is 90 Plus's specialty. They classify these coffees by variety and climate, and deliberately design processing methods for each flavor to achieve a specific flavor characteristic.
