Everyday coffee sharing, even without drinking, it makes your mouth water. Today, FrontStreet Coffee is sharing coffee from the American 90+ Company with everyone.

"90+" is a coffee company from the United States. "90+" doesn't refer to all coffees scoring above 90 points in evaluations; it refers to a premium coffee series of 13 distinct flavor profiles. Sometimes they originate from different estates and possess various flavor characteristics.

The "90+" Company has 13 different coffees, each with its own unique name. All 13 varieties are carefully selected products from the "90+" Company, beloved by many coffee enthusiasts in the coffee world. Today, we're introducing the Lomi Tasha coffee.

Grown at an altitude of 1750-2000m, Lomi Tasha received a high rating of 90+ level up from the Specialty Coffee Association of America. Its name comes from the local Adam language, roughly meaning "light lemon." It has an acidic flavor profile with intense floral aromas, making it a washed Yirgacheffe coffee with prominent flavor characteristics.

In Ethiopia, people still maintain the tradition of harvesting wild coffee beans. Coffee gardens at altitudes above 1500 meters have formed unique coffee terroirs through thousands of years of evolution and adaptation. Ethiopian coffee grown in natural wild environments is known as "wilderness coffee," preserving the most original and natural flavors of coffee beans, with the most direct and complete expression of terroir.

In Ethiopia, you can find various coffee cultivation methods, from vast wild coffee forests and semi-developed lands to traditionally managed small plots and modern plantations—everything is available. About 50% of the coffee here is grown at altitudes above 1500 meters.

Knowledge Extension

All green beans from 90+ come from original Ethiopian varieties, including the Geisha (Gesha) from Panamanian estates, which are also transplanted from Ethiopian heirloom original varieties. The processing method is 90+'s specialty. They classify these coffees by variety and climate, with each flavor intentionally designed through specific processing methods to achieve a particular flavor profile.
