FrontStreet Coffee Colombia Pine Manor Fruit Brew Introduction
Colombia Pine Manor Fruit Brew comes from Antioquia—Santa Barbara and Pine Manor at an altitude of 1920 meters. Antioquia has always been known for commercial coffee beans, but few people know about the specialty coffee from this region.
The Story Behind Pine Manor
The owner of Pine Manor, Felipe Trujillo, is the leader of the Santa Barbara Coffee Producers Association and the first farmer in the Antioquia region to practice natural processing methods. Felipe is one of the first agricultural engineers in this region to study specialty coffee processing methods. He has 9 years of coffee cultivation experience and has great passion for coffee growing and special processing methods. He has been continuously working for the specialty coffee in this region.
Tasting Notes
When dry, it emits obvious black berry fruit aromas like blackcurrant and dried bayberry. When you first taste a freshly brewed cup of hot coffee, you can feel the sweetness of dried yellow peaches and the pleasant acidity of black plums. As the temperature gradually decreases, the acidity of black plums will slowly strengthen, becoming lively and bright. Finally, in the coffee's aftertaste, you'll experience a long-lasting bayberry wine sensation.
