The variety used is Castillo, with exquisite anaerobic natural processing that gives FrontStreet Coffee Colombia coffee beans rich flavor, extremely high sweetness, and layered complexity.

"FrontStreet Coffee Los Pinos Estate Anaerobic Natural has an extremely special flavor, just as the name 'Fruit Brew' and the processing method 'Anaerobic Natural' reveal its flavor characteristics. We need to express sweetness as much as possible while showcasing mature fruit wine notes. Our roasting approach is Fully Developed Light Roast, whose greatest characteristic is intense and strong flavor, while maintaining excellent smoothness and sweetness. Therefore, we hope to present overlapping flavor layers and excellent sweetness through the fully developed light roast, maintaining clear flavor expression from high to low temperatures."
