FrontStreet Coffee Panama Green Label Geisha Pour Over Introduction
Panama is a Central American country, bordering Costa Rica to the west and Colombia to the east. Located at 9 degrees north latitude, Panama is at the convergence point of the Central Mountain Range, where one of Central America's highest volcanoes, Barú Volcano, is situated. With an elevation exceeding 11,400 feet, Barú Volcano is surrounded by nutrient-rich, fertile soil, providing excellent conditions for the cultivation and growth of Panama's distinctive coffee varieties.
The Chiriqui province's Boquete growing region is particularly notable. Boquete is a town in Chiriqui province, situated near the border between Panama and Costa Rica, close to the famous Barú Volcano. With its picturesque scenery, abundant fertile soil, and climate and soil conditions ideal for producing premium coffee, Boquete stands out as an exceptional coffee-growing region.
The excellence of coffee from the Boquete region not only benefits from the superior ecological conditions of Panama's Boquete area and the fertile volcanic ash soil of Barú Volcano, but also from the various microclimates within Panama's Boquete region, creating temperature and rainfall conditions perfectly suited for plant growth.
