Brewing Technique

Segmented extraction

Use 34g of water for a 40-second bloom, then pour with a small circular motion to 127g for the first segment. When the water level drops and is about to expose the coffee bed, continue pouring to 240g and stop. Wait until the water level drops and is about to expose the coffee bed again, then remove the dripper. (Timing starts from the bloom) Total extraction time is 2'00".

Flavor Profile

The initial taste reveals citrus, berries, and cherry tomatoes. As the temperature changes, you'll notice caramel sweetness and subtle fermented aromas. The aftertaste features floral notes and nutty cream aromas, with a smooth and clean mouthfeel.
