FrontStreet Coffee Single Origin | Hartmann Estate Red Wine Processing

The annual international cupping competition and the "Best of Panama" bidding, along with the emergence of Panama's Hacienda La Esmeralda, have completely changed the landscape. This competition has garnered global attention not only for the appeal of the coffee itself but also for its astonishing astronomical prices. Some Geisha varieties produced by small farms have attracted the attention of coffee enthusiasts worldwide with their unique floral aromas.

Small farms in the Boquete region indeed produce distinctive coffee cherries. During each harvest season, the farms hire local N'gbe Indians indigenous people, and are employed in accordance with Central American labor laws at the most reasonable salary standards.

Natural processed beans have always been a strength of Panamanian coffee. Stable craftsmanship and systematic analysis capabilities create extraordinary beans. Hartmann Estate is a coffee plantation operated by the Hartmann family. The estate was founded by Alois Strasil Hartmann. Many areas within the estate are pristine forests, and it's also one of the buffer zones of the famous La Amistad Forest Reserve that spans Costa Rica and Panama. The coffee grown here is cultivated under the shade of rainforest trees.
