Nariño Micro-Batch Coffee

Nariño micro-batch is coffee cultivated in the growing regions of northern Nariño Province. Its beautiful appearance and low defect rate, with refined, small, and uniformly sized raw beans, have earned it the name of its origin. The volcanic soil characteristics of Colombian Nariño give the coffee beans bright acidity, with berry and citrus aromas, plus a sweet base note, featuring citrus and caramel flavors.

Colombian Coffee Excellence

Colombia has a mild climate and humid air, with diverse climates that make harvesting possible year-round, with different types of coffee maturing at different times. They grow unique quality Arabica coffee beans, and coffee made from these beans has a rich taste and endless aftertaste, making it truly premium coffee. Today, many people equate "Colombian coffee" with "high quality" and "good taste."

Colombian coffee offers a clear bitterness experience, where clarity and astringency resemble life itself, yet bitterness is essential in life. The aftertaste that lingers at the root of the tongue becomes a complete reflection of the past. Bitterness is pain, clarity brings tranquility, and the aftertaste becomes a spiritual victory.

Colombian coffee is one of the few single-origin coffees sold worldwide under its own name. In terms of quality, no other coffee has received such high praise from coffee enthusiasts. It also has a beautiful name called "Emerald Coffee."

The acidity, bitterness, and sweetness of Colombian premium coffee blend together perfectly. With its unique aroma, the fragrance fills the entire mouth after drinking. When you exhale the aroma from your mouth through your nose, the scent is incredibly rich. Perhaps you might find it too dominant, as it quickly occupies your taste buds, your thoughts, and even your soul. Why resist it? Our lives are already filled with sour, sweet, bitter, and astringent experiences—let the fragrance of coffee carry away everything mundane. What we enjoy is not just a simple cup of coffee, but also that moment of tranquility that coffee brings us.

Nariño Region

Colombian Nariño Province is located in southwestern Colombia, bordering the Pacific Ocean to the west and neighboring Ecuador to the south. The Andes Mountains run through the province, featuring magnificent mountain ranges and beautiful scenery, with many rivers flowing southward through this area. It belongs to Colombia's high-altitude coffee growing region, nurturing many small farmers of premium coffee. Colombian Nariño Province produces about 150,000 bags annually, with only about 6,000 bags classified as premium selected beans.

Taminango Growing Region

Taminango is located in the valleys of Narino Province at an altitude of 1,800m, where each farmer's coffee plantation does not exceed three hectares. Therefore, coffee cultivation in this region uses very traditional methods, especially complete sun-drying for processing coffee beans. Taminango's coffee trees are grown alongside banana trees and flowing streams (shaded cultivation). Because they grow together with these fruit trees, special chemical fertilizers are not needed. Because of this, production is only 500 bags per month (during harvest season).
