Before we knew it, Ming has already featured two single-origin coffees from Peru consecutively.

And coincidentally, the one we're featuring today also comes from Peru.

Moreover, all three are from the familiar Cajamarca Province.

La Capilla

This La Capilla region, located in Cajamarca Province, was primarily used for sugarcane cultivation six or seven years ago.

As the demand for sugarcane industry decreased, local farmers began searching for crops more suitable for local cultivation.

Initially, local farmers tried planting the first coffee trees on a small plot of land. They discovered that the microclimate of high altitude and abundant rainfall made the La Capilla region extremely suitable for coffee cultivation.

Thus, six local small-scale farmers began carefully cultivating coffee. Through their joint efforts, coffee trees and local vegetation thrived together. This is why we can enjoy coffee with such unique flavors.
