The Dumerso Processing Station is located in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia.
Coffee produced in this area is widely loved for its bright acidity, clean flavor, and rich floral notes. These characteristics are not only due to the regional climate and terroir but also reflect the unique qualities of local indigenous coffee varieties.
There are approximately 800 small farming families around Dumerso who deliver their harvested coffee cherries to this processing station. The processing station is operated by a local family that, despite large production volumes, prioritizes quality and maintains excellent control over fruit ripeness and green bean quality.
