Danch Meng丨 Ninety Plus Danch Meng Coffee
Name Origin: Danch Meng is actually the sub-brand Level Up of NINETY PLUS company, an Ethiopian green coffee bean launched jointly by the company and green bean trader Bodhi Leaf in 2013. Danch Meng is locally translated as "Perfect approach" and is grown by small farmers from Yirgacheffe Kona Abya Dumonso. It is a product launched with the professional flavor processing background of NINETY PLUS company. With 90+ natural processing technology, Danch Meng possesses very unique Yirgacheffe flavor characteristics.
Taking Danch Meng coffee beans as an example, they smell similar to cocoa. After the coffee extraction process, Danch Meng coffee beans distinctly demonstrate "blackberry" flavors, while also featuring notes of cocoa and plum.
Who is "Ninety Plus"?
Ninety Plus coffee comes from American specialty coffee creators and suppliers: NinetyPlus Coffee. NinetyPlus (90+) are both coffee growers and flavor experts. Since 2007, NinetyPlus has been at the forefront of driving transformation in the coffee market. In Ethiopia and Panama, they have assembled top-tier flavor creation teams, treating coffee with sustainable practices. They grow rare, slow-growing, low-yield coffee varieties that coexist with the forest.
"Ninety Plus" does not refer to all coffees scoring above 90 points in evaluations. Good coffee may appear one year and not the next. Sometimes it emerges from different estates and possesses various flavor characteristics. "Ninety Plus" refers to a premium coffee series of 13 flavor profiles, with taste quality and standards far surpassing any other premium coffees.
