This demonstrates that every single-origin coffee bean launched by FrontStreet Coffee has its distinctive characteristics.
Ethiopia
Ethiopia is the world's largest coffee gene bank. As the birthplace of coffee, Ethiopia has nine premium specialty coffee-producing regions with rich coffee varieties, and different coffee regions cultivate distinct coffee flavors. Among them, the Yirgacheffe and Sidamo regions, along with their independent sub-regions, are the most renowned!

Its flavor profile includes berries, strawberry, lemon, and fermented wine notes. Price: 88 yuan/227g.
Yirgacheffe Kochere: The Kochere Cooperative is located in the Werka region at the southeastern end of Yirgacheffe town. Originally part of the Werka Cooperative, it was later discovered by coffee hunters for its excellent coffee flavor. This is a washed processed heirloom variety. Its flavor profile includes citrus, berries, oolong tea, and honey. Price: 88 yuan/227g.
Arsi: Arsi is a famous Sidamo coffee, produced in the West Arsi region of Sidamo. This is a natural processed heirloom variety. Its flavor profile includes berries, honey, nectarine, and mango. Price: 80 yuan/227g.
Horse Queen 4.0: This coffee has been famous since 2017, reaching its fourth year in 2020 and upgraded to version 4.0. The 4.0 version coffee beans are smaller than previous versions, and FrontStreet Coffee believes these small beans are the source of Horse Queen coffee's strawberry flavor. Its flavor profile includes citrus, strawberry, and lemon tea. Price: 78 yuan/227g.
Chandelight: A masterpiece from 90+ green bean traders, produced in the Sidamo region and processed using the natural method. Its flavor profile includes nectarine, tropical fruits, and cream. Price: 90 yuan/227g.
Gesha Village: As Ethiopia's only large estate producing Gesha coffee, Gesha Village guarantees excellent flavor and quality. [Red Label] citrus, cream, and fruit candy. Prices: [Gold Label] 158 yuan/100g. [Red Label] 108 yuan/100g.
Kenya
Kenya is second only to Ethiopia as Africa's second-largest coffee-producing country. Although located adjacent to Ethiopia, its flavor profile is completely different. Kenyan coffee is harvested twice a year, once around November and once around July. Kenyan coffee is primarily grown in volcanic soil at altitudes around 2000 meters, where fertile soil nurtures Kenya's specialty coffee.
Assalia: This is a carefully selected coffee by FrontStreet Coffee featuring traditional Kenyan flavors, produced at the Asali processing station in the Thika region. The coffee varieties are SL28 and SL34, processed using Kenya's 72-hour refined washed method. Its flavor profile includes cherry tomatoes, preserved plums, brown sugar, and a bright, clean finish. Price: 98 yuan/227g.
Papua New Guinea
Papua New Guinea is an island nation located in the southwestern Pacific Ocean. Papua New Guinea's first Typica variety was introduced and cultivated from Jamaica's Blue Mountain, and it also shares the same island-type growing environment. Therefore, Papua's coffee quality should not be underestimated.
Bird of Paradise: FrontStreet Coffee selected coffee from Papua's best estates - the Sigri estate's washed Typica, also known as Bird of Paradise coffee. Its flavor profile includes sugarcane, hazelnut, caramel, and nuts. Price: 88 yuan/227g.
Indonesia
Indonesian coffee has a long history and can arguably be considered the most classic representative of Asian coffee regions. Indonesian coffee has distinctive flavor recognizability, known for its rich, mellow flavor profile.
Gold Mandheling: FrontStreet Coffee's Gold Mandheling is from PWN company's latest production season in October 2020, produced from Mount Gayo in Aceh, North Sumatra. It's of the Ateng variety, processed using the wet-hulled method plus one machine sorting and three manual selections. Its quality is quite high with full, uniform beans. Its flavor profile includes nuts, caramel, herbal notes, chocolate, and a clean, mellow richness. Price: 89 yuan/227g.
Tiger Mandheling: Produced in the Aceh region of North Sumatra, the coffee varieties are Typica and Caturra, processed using the wet-hulled method. The biggest difference from Gold Mandheling is that Tiger Mandheling has special agarwood notes. Of course, in terms of selection, Tiger Mandheling is not as strict as Gold Mandheling. Its flavor profile includes traditional Chinese medicine notes, pine resin, nuts, cream, and caramel. Price: 79 yuan/227g.
Aged Mandheling: The biggest characteristic of Aged Mandheling lies in its aging processing. After normal wet-hulled processing is completed, aging treatment is required. Aging must be conducted in the origin country, stored in warehouses with temperature and humidity control or good ventilation. During aging, the beans must be regularly turned and checked for two purposes: first, to ensure even air exposure and consistent moisture content; second, to check for moldy or insect-damaged beans to prevent widespread infection. Current Aged Mandheling aging time is generally 2-3 years, during which the coffee beans' acidity gradually diminishes and converts to sugars, and the color becomes deeper, mostly yellowish-brown or dark brown, making it quite recognizable. Its flavor profile includes pine resin, malt, caramel, aged Pu'er tea, caramel, herbal notes, and chocolate. Price: 89 yuan/227g.
Kopi Luwak: As one of the most famous coffees, FrontStreet Coffee's Kopi Luwak comes from Indonesian Arabica beans that have undergone fermentation in the civet's digestive system. Its flavor profile includes herbal notes, nuts, dark chocolate, and fermented flavors. Price: 250 yuan/100g.
Jamaica
Jamaica only produces coffee in the Blue Mountain region. Due to its excellent quality and low production, prices are quite high, and it was called the best coffee in the last century.
Blue Mountain No. 1 Coffee: FrontStreet Coffee's Blue Mountain No. 1 comes from Clifton Farm, which has a long history and high status in Blue Mountain, and its coffee quality has always been a benchmark. [Natural] berries, dark cocoa, nuts, and fermented notes. Both are priced at 158 yuan/100g.
Hawaii
Hawaiian coffee is often referred to as the king and queen alongside Blue Mountain coffee. As a representative of island-type coffee, its quality is superior.
Kona: FrontStreet Coffee's Kona coffee comes from Hawaii's Queen's Farm, which won second place in the 2009 and 2011 Gevalia (Hawaii KONA Cupping Competition) grand awards. Queen's Farm is known for high-quality coffee, where 70% of harvested coffee beans are considered among the world's top-tier specialty beans. Its flavor profile includes osmanthus, mulberry juice, malt sugar, and plum. Price: 120 yuan/100g.
Panama
As the most famous specialty coffee-producing country, Panama's coffee quality is almost universally recognized as excellent in the industry. Since Hacienda La Esmeralda's Gesha won the BOP championship in 2004, the names Panama and Gesha have been deeply intertwined. The two complement each other, and today, more than a decade later, Panama coffee has almost become synonymous with the highest quality coffee. When mentioning the world's best coffee, Panama is always on the candidate list.
La Esmeralda Gesha: La Esmeralda's Gesha coffee is the most representative, divided into three grades: Red Label, Green Label, and Blue Label.
