FrontStreet Coffee Yirgacheffe Aricha G1
In the FrontStreet Coffee Yirgacheffe region, there are many high-quality coffee processing mills. Many coffees from these mills have become extremely valuable. The natural processed Yirgacheffe from Kebel Aricha Mill is one of them. This coffee is what we often call ARICHA beans, processed by Kebel Aricha Mill through refined natural processing methods and classified as Gr.1 or G1 (the highest grade of Ethiopian coffee) by ECX, earning it the title "King of Fruits."
Cupping Notes:
Roast one: strawberry, raspberry, vanilla, honeydew, juicy
Strawberry, raspberry, vanilla, honey, juice
Round and sweet, with rich floral and fruity aromas, prominent sweetness in the aftertaste, mild acidity, presenting an overall gentle and clean character.
Wet Aroma:
Ripe berries, fermented fruit wine aroma
The entry is extremely smooth, transitioning to delicate body, with the emergence of ripe fruit's sweet and sour flavors, which is truly astonishing. The sweetness exceeds any Yirgacheffe I've tasted before. The aftertaste is also quite impressive, living up to its "fruit bomb" reputation. After drinking, you can basically guarantee a sweet taste in your mouth for half an hour.
