It is the most suitable coffee bean for beginners and also the most familiar taste for everyone.
Brazilian Bourbon Santos
Brazil is located in South America, around 15 degrees south latitude. Brazil's coffee culture began in 1727, emerging in the northern part of Brazil, when Mr. Francesco de Melo Palheta secretly brought coffee seeds from France to Brazil. At that time, this was strongly opposed by the French, who then monopolized the coffee business.
Those seeds are now the ancestors of over 300 million Brazilian coffee trees. In early Brazilian history, coffee started very slowly.
After Mr. Palheta returned to Brazil again, coffee culture began in Pará state, located at the mouth of the Amazon River. Coffee cultivation covers a vast area, making it the world's largest coffee exporter.
However, the famous "Santos" gets its name from the port that ships the coffee. Coffee from the valley areas around the capital São Paulo is the most representative coffee of Brazil.
Its characteristics include smooth mouthfeel, high acidity, medium body, with a slight nutty aftertaste. Although Brazilian coffee may not have great specialty value, it is extremely suitable for blending. Because of the huge coffee production, the price is not very expensive.
Characteristics: Pure and smooth, high acidity, moderate texture, with a slight nutty flavor.
