Introduction to Costa Rica Tobosi Estate - How to Brew Costa Rican Coffee?

Born in 2010, Tobosi specializes in providing high-quality specialty coffee with the goal of becoming a leader in supplying premium coffee. The company strives to manufacture products under a system of complete transparency with full traceability records, ensuring customers receive the finest products. All quality services and manufacturing processes strictly follow environmental protection principles.
To achieve this goal, two estates have been established: Tobosi and Copey. Tobosi has selected areas that best showcase coffee characteristics for cultivation, and the estates are managed based on cultural practices that prioritize environmental protection.
Each region undergoes environmental testing and soil analysis to ensure coffee beans have ideal development conditions and adequate nutrition. All coffee is harvested entirely by hand.
FrontStreet Coffee's Recommended Brewing Parameters:
Pour-over: V60 dripper, small Fuji R440 grinder setting 3.5, water temperature around 90°C.
French Press: Recommended grinder setting 4, water temperature 90°C.
Siphon: Recommended grinder setting 4, water temperature between 90°C-91°C.
AeroPress: Recommended grinder setting 3.5, water temperature 90°C.
