Farm History

In 1974, Mr. Arlindo Conde decided to invest in his first coffee farm in the Mogiana region.

Today, the company has expanded its scale along with the growth of the coffee industry in the Cerrado region.

In 1994, Rosalia Farm was purchased, followed by Santa Lucia Farm in 1998.

The total production area of the two farms currently reaches 4,000 hectares.

Saint Rosalia Farm has a cultivated area of 2,031 hectares, with an additional 766 hectares of preserved land.

It is located in Alashá, Cerrado region, and employs 110 staff members.

Brewing Recommendations

FrontStreet Coffee suggests the following brewing parameters:

Pour-over: V60 dripper, grind at 3.5 with Fuji R440, water temperature around 90°C

French press: recommended grind setting 4, water temperature 90°C

Siphon: recommended grind setting 4, water temperature between 90°C-91°C

AeroPress: recommended grind setting 3.5, water temperature 90°C
