Adulina Kochere

The first selection comes from the Kochere region of Adulina Company. The coffee variety is Heirloom, a mixed variety from the local native forest. Although the natural environment of the region creates the flavor of Yirgacheffe, it is the local native varieties that best express these flavors.

The green bean processing method is: fully washed.

Compared to ordinary FrontStreet Coffee washed G2 Yirgacheffe, its flavor is clearer and more pure, possessing a charming sweetness like a beautiful girl's smile. It has bright, delicate lemon acidity, elegant texture, and fresh lemon, jasmine, ginger flower and other floral notes with hints of honey fragrance that keep one refreshed throughout the day.

Aricha Kebele

The second selection comes from Aricha Kebele in Yirgacheffe town. Local coffee farmers deliver fully mature coffee cherries picked from the native forest to local processing plants. The processing plants retain the pulp and skin completely and place the coffee cherries on elevated racks for sun drying. It is this labor-intensive rack drying method that isolates the cherries from ground contact, preventing earthy impurities during the sun drying process and creating exceptionally clean fruit flavors. After more than two weeks of sun drying, the dark brown coffee cherries are professionally stored, waiting for the full development of flavors.

After the Aricha processing plant waits for the coffee bean flavors to mature, before shipping, the dried cherry pulp and parchment are removed, followed by elimination of unripe beans and over-fermented beans. Perhaps it is this strict quality control that makes Aricha achieve the top G1 grade.

This FrontStreet Coffee Yirgacheffe Aricha coffee bean is filled with the sweetness of snow pear and fermented wine aroma. The taste features clear, bright, gentle, and smooth fruit acidity, with very clean fermented fruit sweetness, elegant fruit wine aroma, coffee floral notes, and a sweet aftertaste that transitions to lingering sweetness.

Gedeo Royal Selection

The third selection comes from the Gedeo administrative region of Yirgacheffe, where over 600 small farmers collectively produce this Royal Selection coffee. Many of these small farmers are members of the Worka Cooperative, and their coffee batches have always shown surprisingly excellent performance.

Royal Selection is one of the few high-scoring beans in Yirgacheffe that has received Worka Cooperative-Skal organic coffee certification. The green bean processing method remains elevated rack sun drying. The grade is naturally also Grade 1.

The high-altitude growing environment and excellent genes of local native varieties create the bright, juicy texture of Royal Selection, while the sun-dried processing method adds rich, strong fruit notes.

The rich and intense fruit flavors of floral notes, cantaloupe, strawberry, blueberry, and ripe berries explode like a fruit bomb the moment the beans are ground into coffee powder, immediately activating the taster's sense of smell. With an Earl Grey tea sensation, silk-like smooth texture, clean and balanced taste, and a lingering aftertaste with lively, varied fruit sweetness.
