It features vibrant citrus acidity, floral aromatics, and a sweet, silky mouthfeel. Combined with Yirgacheffe's renowned spice notes and complex fruit flavors, Kochere represents a rare and prized coffee from the Yirgacheffe region. The harvested cherries are first manually sorted by small farmers in nearby communities. The coffee trees are mostly old vines, representing the classic Ethiopian heirloom variety flavors.
