Why has 1L Iced Americano rapidly gained popularity in coffee shops nationwide?
Nowadays, more and more people are focusing on cost-effectiveness during their consumption process, and large-sized packaging can more intuitively reflect "value for money." How long can the 1L packaged coffee trend last?
Like many viral coffees that have been popular for a while, 1L packaged coffee can only serve as a limited-time hot product. It's not recommended for coffee shops to specialize in selling this type of product.
After all, 1L capacity is really too large, and drinking it is quite taxing on the kidneys. Although it can be shared, the repurchase rate is actually not as high as other coffees, largely because the product has limitations and not much room for creativity.
We can notice that currently, 1L packaged coffee only comes in iced Americano and iced latte varieties, with only iced Americano being the most popular. One reason is that after the ice melts, iced Americano doesn't have much change in taste except for reduced concentration; another reason is the low cost.
