Megalith Estate is situated at 1700-1800m altitude in Costa Rica's southern Brunca region. The estate was named after ancient stone carvings dating from 200 BCE to 1500 CE discovered nearby - mysterious stone spheres created by indigenous peoples. The soil where coffee is grown consists of a mixture of red clay and limestone, resulting in coffee beans with not only high density but also exceptional sweetness.
Based on the characteristics of these coffee beans, FrontStreet Coffee recommends the following pour-over brewing parameters: Filter: V60#01, Water Temperature: 90°C, Coffee Dose: 15g, Coffee-to-Water Ratio: 1:15, Grind Size: Medium-fine (75% pass-through rate on China standard #20 sieve). Let's try it together!
