El Salvador's famous varieties are undoubtedly led by Pacamara. Processing methods generally use washed or honey processing to pursue different flavor characteristics.
Mercedes Farm is a large-scale specialty coffee farm. Chivas Estate is planted in a specific area within this large farm. It won the COE championship title when the COE competition first started in El Salvador, and later also won titles in single-origin competitions and the Rainforest Alliance single-country competitions. Under the professional technical management of this large estate, special batches are processed with particular care. Chivas Estate is surrounded by the Mercedes Estate and is regarded as a precious treasure, continuously creating abundant results.
Under excellent natural conditions, Chivas Estate professionally and consistently cultivates extremely high-quality coffee beans, and all coffee varieties can be traced back to their original cultivars.
