Brewing Parameters
Kono filter cup, BG-6W grind, water temperature 87°C, coffee-to-water ratio 1:15
Brewing Technique
First, use 30g of water to bloom for 30 seconds. Then perform the second pour to 125g and stop. Wait until the water level drops to just before exposing the coffee bed, then perform the third pour to 225g and stop. Wait until the water level drops to just before exposing the coffee bed, then remove the filter cup. Do not use the last 5g of water. Extraction time: 2:00 minutes.
