Grind Size: Medium-fine grind (BG 6W: 45% pass-through rate on China standard #20 sieve)
Brewing Technique:分段式萃取 (Segmented Extraction)
Bloom with 30g of water for approximately 36 seconds. Using a small water stream, pour in a circular motion in the center with 95g of water, creating a segment at 125g. When the water level drops and is about to expose the coffee bed, continue pouring until reaching 227g total. Remove the dripper when the water level drops and is about to expose the coffee bed. (Timer starts from the beginning of blooming) Total extraction time: 2'00".
Flavor: Overall well-balanced with noticeable sweetness. Notes of dark chocolate, nuts, and caramel with a subtle fruit acidity that emerges as the temperature changes.
